DC Kishtwar Reviews Grievance Disposal on JKIGRAMS

Ensuring a responsive and accountable administration, Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kishtwar, Dr. Devansh Yadav IAS, conducted a comprehensive review today on the disposal of public complaints registered on JKIGRAMS.
Addressing the gathering, DC Yadav highlighted JKIGRAMS as a pivotal platform, serving as a one-stop solution for the public to voice grievances and marking a revolutionary step in grievance redressal. He emphasized the imperative for all officers to ensure timely and thorough resolution of grievances, cautioning against adopting a casual approach.
During the meeting, the Deputy Commissioner meticulously assessed the pending grievances department-wise and sub-division-wise. He directed the concerned officers to expedite the resolution of pending grievances within the stipulated time frame.
The meeting was attended by ADC Kishtwar Inderjeet Singh Parihar, ACR Kishtwar Varunjeet Singh Charak, SDM Marwah Mohd Ashraf, ACD Kishtwar Manoj Kumar, Tehsildar Kishtwar Muneeb Umar, along with other district heads.
