The orientation-cum- training program for Hajj pilgrims was successfully concluded today under the gracious presence of Additional District Development Commissioner (ADDC) Kishtwar Ghulam Rasool-JKAS & Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Kishtwar Abdul Qayoom-JKPS here at Islamia Faridia College of Education Kishtwar.
The aim of this program was to provide essential information and guidance to the 66 aspirant pilgrims to ensure a safe and successful Hajj pilgrimage.
Experienced trainers guided the Hajj aspirants about the various stages of the Hajj journey, including the Hajj rituals, health and safety measures, travel arrangements, and other important aspects of the pilgrimage. The program covered a range of topics, and its conclusion marks an important milestone in the government's efforts to ensure the safety and well-being of Hajj pilgrims.
The Additional District Development Commissioner Kishtwar, Ghulam Rasool-JKAS , and SSP Kishtwar Abdul Qayoom(JKPS) also addressed the pilgrims and extended best wishes for the upcoming pilgrimage.
The training provided during the program will help the pilgrims perform the Hajj rituals with ease and comfort while also ensuring their safety and the safety of their fellow pilgrims.
Training was organised by J&K Hajj Committee under the close management District Administration Kishtwar and under the supervision of Hajj Incharge District Kishtwar Haji Ayaz Ahmed.
